I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! For all you folks about to head out for some good Black Friday deals (and the saner ones doing it online!), check out Gizmodo's guide for the best deals on all kinds of electronics and gadgets. You can find what to buy and where to find it the cheapest. Also take a peek at their anti-deals, a list of what electronics not to buy at all. The Twitterpeek (which only does Twitter... for the low, low price of $200?!) is apparently not going to be the best buy, even for the most avid Twitterholic on your list.
I've heard a lot of people are searching for the best price on the unofficial "game of the year", the New Super Mario Bros for the Wii. The cheapest I've found is on Amazon at $46.99 (I've already ordered a couple as gifts for the family Wii-addicts!). It's a few bucks cheaper than pretty much everywhere else, plus you get free shipping. Also, it's eligible for the $10 off $50 purchase on Amazon's Apparel, Electronics, Software, Video Games, and Computers if you use your Discover card.
Remember to keep checking on Amazon for their Black Friday Deals week. New items are going up constantly, and they sell out rather quickly. I've seen a bunch of $5 dvds and $10 Blu-rays, as well as super cheap games, jewelry, electronics, and more! Buy 'em while you can!
***Also, please remember to help those in need. If you see a great deal on a toy, pick up an extra one to donate to Toys for Tots or other program to give gifts to children in need!***
Happy (and safe) shopping!
